Special Examination Report

About the Special Examination

The Canada Transportation Act provides that the Administrator shall cause a special examination to be carried out at least every five years.

The first special examination of the Fund was carried in 2021.

The examination was conducted in accordance with the Standards for assurance engagements set out by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
