Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP)
The Fund is subject to the Access to Information Act and to the Privacy Act.
The Access to Information Act allows access to the Fund’s records to Canadian citizens, people who live in Canada, and corporations resident in Canada.
The Privacy Act protects personal information that could identify you, and gives you the right to access your personal information, or have it changed or corrected.
